WARRINGTON Police had another busy night tackling drink-related and violent crime in the town over the Easter Bank Holiday.
A 35-year-old male was arrested on Knutsford Road in a stolen vehicle and found to be driving with excess alcohol and a positive drugs swipe for Class A and B drugs.
In another incident, a 55-year-old male was arrested on Folly Lane for a domestic assault on his partner. Police have thanked a member of the public who reported the offence.
A 41-year-old male was also arrested at Latchford for an assault that involved the victim losing a tooth. while a 23-year-old male was also arrested for domestic assault and criminal damage, also in the Latchford area.
A 51-year-old male was also arrested at Orford for driving while being unfit through drink and drugs while a 47-year-old was also arrested in the Orford area for breach of a non-molestation order.
A 20-year-old make was also arrested on Bridge Street, Warrington for being drunk and disorderly.
Finally, police also dealt with an incident in the Latchford area earlier today, that resulted in a number of males being detained.

A bit of warm weather and alcohol and the idiots seem to come out of the woodwork. Let’s hope the courts hand out appropriate sentencing to deter others.
