Warrington’s COVID-19 hot spots revealed as 2,137 new cases reported in a week

THE latest COVID-19 small area data for Warrington shows infection rates are increasing and remaining high in many areas of the town, with a total of 2,137 new cases for the week ending March 26.

Four areas of the town have recorded three-figure cases at Kingswood & Whittle Hall, Callands & Old Hall, Fairfield & Howley and Lymm.

There were a total of 2,137 new cases week ending March 26, compared to 1,832 the previous week and 1,261 the week before that.
