Police investigate reports of youths throwing stones into road from bridge

POLICE are investigating reports of youths throwing stones into the road off a former railway bridge in Grappenhall, Warrington.

Officers have provided a visible presence around Bradshaw Lane following reports of youths climbing over the bridge and throwing stones into the road.

They will continue to provide a regular presence in the area.

Police have also had a report of a dog left of lead on the fields behind Grappenhall Walled Gardens, with no owner in sight. The dog then proceeded to approach other dogs in an aggressive manner.

If you cannot control your dog, they need to be kept on a lead.
