Miller Homes staff raise nearly £500 for Ukraine appeal

EMPLOYEES of Miller Homes’ North West region based at Birchwood Park in Warrington helped raise nearly £500 in support of the ongoing crisis in Ukraine.

The funds come from a bake sale consisting of a number of homemade cakes and treats, and the amount raised was bolstered by generous donations from team members who could not make the event in person.

Those in the office have been proactively fundraising, holding a raffle with a prize of an Afternoon Tea Delighters hamper and undertaking a ‘dress down day’ alongside the bake sale, gathering nearly £500 in donations for those in and leaving Ukraine.

The Miller Homes North West Head Office team at Birchwood Park is made up of approximately 90 people, looking after 8 current active developments in the North West region, with 3 more set to launch this year in Wigan, Manchester, and Oldham.
