COVID-19 infection rates continue to rise with 1,665 new cases in past week

WHILE no further deaths have been reported at Warrington Hospital, COVID-19 infection rates are continuing to rise in the town, with 1,665 new cases over the past seven days, including 293 since yesterday.

Meanwhile, inpatient numbers at Warrington Hospital have fallen from 73-71 while eight more patients have been discharged.

Current inpatients as of Thursday, March 17, 2022 (confirmed positive result – 14 days or less from first positive sample) – 71 (73) including 0 (0) in ICU.
