Two drink drivers arrested by police

TWO drink drivers have been arrested by Warrington Police involving a man who was more than double the limit and a woman who refused to provide a roadside breath test.

The male was arrested on Lythgoes Lane, Warrington, last night, Saturday, on suspicion of drink driving. He provided a sample at the roadside of 84 – the legal limit is 35. He was arrested and taken into custody.

Meanwhile, a woman was arrested earlier today on Rushgreen Road, Lymm on suspicion of drink driving.

She failed to provide a sample of breath at the roadside. and was arrested and taken into custody.
