Man charged with assault following disturbance at Fir Grove Hotel

A 34-year-old man has been charged with assault following a disturbance at the Fir Grove Hotel in Grappenhall, last night, Thursday.

Brenton De-Wet, of Chaldon Road, Poole, has been charged with assault by beating following reports of a disturbance at the hotel last night and has been released on bail to appear in court on April 19.

Police had been called to hotel on Knutsford Old Road at around 11.20 pm last night after receiving reports of an ‘aggressive’ man.

Officers attended and arrested a 34-year-old man at the scene on suspicion of assault.
