PLANS for a block of six stables, a tack room and storage area at a Burtonwood farm have been approved by Warrington planners.
The scheme at New Bradley Hall Farm, Bradley Lane is an amendment of one given the go-ahead by Warrington Borough Council planners about a year ago.
It involves an L-shaped stable block and associated buildings and the laying out of a horse exercise area, surfaced with a specialist sand-based mix. There will also be a circular horse lunge and loose schooling area, also surfaced with a sand-based mix.
An existing stable on adjacent land will be re-sited.
Floodlighting referred to in the early prooposals has been removed.
Nearby residents were consulted and there were no objections and there was also n o objection from Burtonood and Westbrook Parish Council.
