A man has been jailed for eight weeks after breaching a court order excluding him from Warrington town centre due to ongoing anti-social behaviour.

Gary Woodall was issued a Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO) on 25th January by Warrington magistrates following numerous reports of anti-social behaviour in the town centre.

After breaching the order twice in the first two days the order was granted he has now been sentenced to eight weeks imprisonment.

A CBO prohibits the offender from doing anything described in the order which might include a condition preventing specific acts which cause harassment, alarm or distress or preparatory acts which the offending history shows are likely to lead to offences, for example the individual entering a defined area.
