Three day road closure planned at Burtonwood

A three-day road closure is set to take place at Burtonwood next week to allow United Utilities to install a new water connection.

Warrington Borough Council has made an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of which is to introduce a prohibition of driving on Joy Lane from its junction with Clay Lane to its junction with Wrights Lane.

The Order will be effective from 12th January 2022 for 3 days as when signed on site. Access will be under the control of the relevant Contractor for the duration of the works.

The closure is required to allow United Utilities to install a new water connection.
