CHARITY fundraiser Speedo Mick will be walking around the pitch at Warrington Town’s next home game as part of his latest mission.
Famed for undertaking his fundraising efforts in just a pair of swimming trunks, Speedo Mick is close to the end of a 2,000-mile trek across the UK and Ireland.
More than £135,000 has been raised in aid of his own charity, the SpeedoMick Foundation.
He is due to finish the mission in his home city of Liverpool later this week.
Warrington Town host Radcliffe at Cantilever Park on Tuesday night (7.45pm kick-off) and Speedo Mick will walk around the pitch at half-time.
An Everton FC fan, Speedo Mick – real name Michael Cullen – previously visited the town in January 2020 as part of his walk from John O’Groats to Lands end.
I'M COMING HOME 🙌🏼
I'll be getting into Liverpool from St Helens on Thursday & finishing the day at Dovecot shops. Then Friday I'll be stomping to the finish line at the Albert Dock where we'll have live music, steel band & a DJ 🙌🏼
I'd love to meet you all if you can come🙏🏼 pic.twitter.com/o1U1wdit4X
