A valiant display in Baltic conditions saw 10 man Warrington Rylands move up to second in the table with a 2-4 win at Bootle.

Goals from Joe Bunney, Adam Buxton, Kane Drummond and Callum Dolan saw Rylands head back to Warrington with all three points, after playing the last 25 minutes with 10 men after Rick Smith was sent off.
Goalkeeping Skipper Graeme McCall also saved a penalty five minutes from time to add to the drama.

Rylands had got off to a dream start when Joe Bunney scored after just two minutes.

But the hosts were level on 11 minutes when Ben Hodkinson scored with a low finish into the bottom corner after being played through to a 1 on 1.

Adam Buxton put Rylands back in front with a powerful header from a Declan Walker free-kick making it 1-2 at the break,

Shortly after the re-start, Kane Drummond made it -1-3 for Rylands, turning the ball home from close range after good work from Bunney.

Then on 55 minutes substitute, Callum Dolan scored from almost the halfway line exquisitely bending the ball over the keeper with his fo=irst couple of touches after coming on.

Then in the 67th minute, Smith was sent off and Rylands were down to ten men as they approached the last 20 minutes.

On 78 minutes Bootle closed the gap as Morgan Homson-Smith drove in a low free-kick and then on 85 minutes they were awarded a penalty.
Hodkinson stepped up but McCall saved it ensuring Rylands held out for victory and an important three points.
