Birchwood road closures scheduled for up to seven weeks in new year

WARRINGTON Borough Council has given notice of road closures at Birchwood for up to seven weeks in the new year, for road repairs.

Warrington Borough Council intends to make an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

The effect of which will be to introduce a prohibition of driving & clearway as follows: Entire lengths of road: Havisham Close; Bramshill Close in Birchwood.

The Order will be effective from 17th January 2022 for 7 weeks between 8:30am & 5:30pm, when signed on site.

Access will be under the control of the relevant Contractor for the duration of the works. The restrictions are required for carriageway patching and resurfacing.
