WARRINGTON’S fluctuating COVID-19 infection rates have fallen again over a seven-day period with 97 new cases confirmed in the latest data.
The 97 (93) new cases reported by Public Health England, take the total number of cases in Warrington since the start of the pandemic to 36,325 (36,228).
Infection rates in Warrington have fallen slightly to 777 (794) – 371.1 (379.2) per 100,000 population over a seven-day period and remain slightly above the national average of 354.6 (348.7) per 100,000, which have increased for the first time in recent weeks.
