WEEKEND opening times at Stockton Heath’s Sandy Lane recycling centre are to change from Saturday, October 30 following complaints from nearby residents.
The centre will open at 10am on Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays instead of 8am.
The changes follow feedback received from residents living close to the recycling centre.
Warrington Borough Council has also announced the centre’s autumn and winter hours (October to March).
On weekdays, at weekends and on bank holidays the centre will be open 10am to 4pm.
All Warrington’s community recycling centres are closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day.
