PLANNING chiefs have given the green light to proposals to remove a range of buildings from land at Thelwall, Warrington and change the use of the site from storage to equestrian.
The development is at Four Acres, in Stockport Road where permission has already been approved for – and work has already started on – a new house.
The consent allows the demolition of a polytunnel building, hay store, stable and garage.
It also allows the erection of a replacement garage/plant room.
Planning consent is subject to conditions to protect the Green Belt.
