WARRINGTON-based Kemtile has appointed Akeel Ahmed as business development manager.
He will be responsible for the growth and development of contact with existing customers, as well as identifying new opportunities for the firm which supplies hygienic and sterile flooring.
Mr Ahmed, who has a background in pharmaceutical flooring, will also play a key role in strengthening Kemtile’s growing market presence within this global market – highlighting Stonhard’s enviable resin solutions, which are the specification of choice among world-renowned brands such as AstraZeneca, Fusion, Pfizer, Recipharm, Cytiva and Bard Pharmaceuticals.
He will be responsible for developing and undertaking Kemtile and Stonhards CPDs in the UK, as well as educating architects, engineers and design companies on the benefits and technicalities of specifying the brands’ products and services.
