Urgent roof repairs needed at Newchurch Old Rectory

A NUMBER of roof leaks have been discovered  at Newchurch Old Rectory, on Warrington Road, Culcheth.

Repairs are urgently needed – but before they can be carried out, Listed Building consent must be obtained.
An application for permission to carry out the work has been made to Warrington Borough Council.

The building is Grade 2 Listed.
Roofing contractors have made a number of recommendations for carrying out the repairs
