Warrington Mortgage Centre continues to expand

WARRINGTON Mortgage Centre continues to expand across Warrington so they can support more local families navigate through an increasingly challenging mortgage market where property prices see a continued rise.

In a time of uncertainty, local business Warrington Mortgage Centre has been able to offer expert mortgage advice to local residents and are able to continue their business expansion further throughout the town.

Mortgage Advisor, Sam Fox, speaking from their new offices on Bold Street, Warrington, said: “The mortgage market has seen huge changes over the past 18 months. If we look back to last year, the world pretty much ground to a halt, every business and almost all our lifestyles had completely changed, nobody knew what to expect next.’
“Mortgage lenders reduced their capacity to lend, interest rates had dropped but people could access them due to small deposits and overall it became a complete mine field! Every day we faced new challenges.’
“As restrictions have lifted, we’ve seen a growing number of local residents seeking professional mortgage advice to help them understand how they can buy their first, or next family home whilst navigating through various lockdown changes.
“We’re humbled by the support we’ve been shown and as a result, we’ve over doubles in size as a business adding 4 brand new mortgage advisers and a number of support staff to continue to delivery a stress-free homebuying process.”
‘Warrington, we thank you.’
If you’re from Warrington and are looking to understand the best ways to become mortgage-ready, then you can find Warrington Mortgage Centre at their shop on Honiton Way, Penketh or now on Bold Street just off Palmyra Square.
