RESIDENTS and staff at Cheshire Grange in Lymm applauded as Gardener, Steve Clement was named ‘Employee of the Month’ for working hard to tame their slightly wild gardens.

Steve was nominated by residents, colleagues and residents’ relatives who felt he deserved extra recognition for the amazing work he does in maintaining the gardens.

One family member said: “We really appreciated how the garden was looking on our last outdoor visit and more importantly it was my mother in law who drew our attention to it, sadly she is at a stage now where she doesn’t pick up on much and she was always a keen gardener so her comments were lovely to hear.”
Steve was congratulated by the home’s General Manager for the achievement and was presented with a £25 voucher as a special thank you.
Dawn Holsgrove-Smith, General Manager at Cheshire Grange said: “I’m delighted to have such a talented individual working as part of our team and I hope this ‘Employee of the Month’ award goes some way towards showing how much Steve’s hard work is valued. He has embraced the importance that our garden has for all the Cheshire Grange family and we are seeing our own little blooming oasis for all to enjoy.”
