POLICE are stepping up patrols following evidence of drug-taking in the grounds of a Lymm Church and vandalism at a local beauty spot in the village.

Police attended at St Peter’s church at Oughtrington checking the area after reports of anti-social behaviour.
Unfortunately it does look like youths are using the grounds to take drugs.

Other issues police have been dealing with is anti-social behaviour at Slitten Brook yesterday where youths have caused criminal damage.
Police have photos of the youths involved and will be gathering the process of identifying those involved followed by a home visit.
