A teenager has been charged with possessing an offensive weapon following a disturbance involving a group of youths on Oakwood Park on Sunday evening.
Following the disturbance on Oakwood Park on Sunday evening, police have spoken with some of the youths involved and interviewed the adult suspects who were arrested.
One suspect has been charged with possession of an offensive weapon and will be due to appear in court.
Another suspect has been referred to the Police Intervention Team for assault.
Other youths involved will be spoken to in due course.
It follows an incident near the play area on Oakwood Park when there was an altercation involving a blunt weapon.
Two suspects were arrested at the scene.
