VIDEO: My name is Sam Fox and I’m here to tell you that securing a mortgage isn’t as hard or scary as it seems.
I know there are many different moving parts when it comes to a mortgage. Finding the best deal, working with the solicitors, working with the estate agents and surveyors… phew! It can all feel a little bit confusing. Not to mention the paperwork along the way!
Based in Warrington, me and the team at Warrington Mortgage Centre work with families and individuals across the North West to help them secure homeownership on their terms.
As a family-run business who have been through the experience of buying our first home ourselves – we like to take a down-to-earth, relaxed approach. After all, why would you want something to exciting to be a stressful process?
Don’t get me wrong – there can sometimes be hurdles that you face in the homeowner journey. But we’re here to guide you through the process and do all the heavy lifting so that you can focus on the exciting things like what the colour of your new living room wall is going to be and picking out your new furniture!
What can I except when I call?
When you call in, one of our team will be able to take some basic details, book you into our diary and assign you to one of our mortgage advisors. If you’re not sure if you want to book in yet but you just have a few questions, then that’s fine! We try and advise our customers as much as possible as we know it can often be a daunting process. Like anything, taking the first step is the hardest part!
How do I book a free appointment?
