Latchford still waiting for a home fixture after game called-off

LATCHFORD Albion’s long wait for a home fixture continues, after Saturday’s home clash with Widnes Moorfield Tigers was called off, with the visitors unable to raise a side.
This coming weekend sees Albion make the long trip to Cumbria, when they visit Dalton.

The hosts are undefeated at home and with Albion yet to lose away, it promises to be a close encounter where Latchford will be looking to consolidate their place at the top of the NWML Division One table.
Coach Martyn Ellis ( pictured) said: “ Travelling to Cumbria is never an easy task, and we know how difficult a game this is going to be against a very tough side.
“I have full confidence in my side that, if we play to the level that we have done so far this season, that there’s no reason why we can’t fetch the two points home with us “
