Police seize more than 300 cannabis plants following raid on property at Bewsey

POLICE have seized more than 300 cannabis plants following a raid on a property at Bewsey, Warrington, at 8 am on Saturday morning.

A Cheshire Police Special Constabulary team led a S23 Drugs warrant at a house on Wellfield Street, Bewsey supported by community PCs & PCSOs due to concerns raised by residents.
A total of 339 cannabis plants were seized and one male was arrested.
