Busy start to Bank Holiday weekend for Warrington Police with multiple arrests

WARRINGTON Police had a busy start to the Bank Holiday weekend last night with numerous arrests for multiple offences.

Offences included criminal damage, public order, drunk and disorderly, assault and assault on an emergency worker.

Meanwhile, officers from the South Warrington Policing team were kept busy seizing alcohol from underage school leavers. Whilst they want year 11 pupils to enjoy their final school day, possession of alcohol will not be tolerated.
Drinking in a public place is not allowed and there is an age limit for a reason.
