Return of popular outdoor Great Sankey Market

THE popular Great Sankey Market will be back in the outside space at The Woodlands Pub from April 17th and then the third Saturday monthly!

Following the easing of government lockdown restrictions, The Great Sankey Market is back catering for Warrington Foodies, craft enthusiasts, good vibe seekers, families, shoppers and those on the hunt for a good day out.

It aims to provide a platform for small businesses to showcase to their local community with independent Street champions, local independent businesses and producers.
It is a superb opportunity to find out the origins of your food, meet makers and bakers and feast your eyes upon some goodies and fill those shopping bags!
Organiser Lisa Cowley from Independent Street said: “After the huge success of our Christmas event last year we are delighted to be working alongside The Great Sankey Parish Council to deliver a fantastic community event showcasing 50 local and often award-winning small businesses.
“We will still have all of our covid secure and social distancing measures in place until restrictions are lifted later on this Summer. Our traders will really look forward to seeing you all and will appreciate your support after a very difficult year. We all can’t wait to get back to doing what we love!”
The event will be at the Woodlands Pub, 362 Liverpool Road, Great Sankey, Warrington, WA5 1RU from 10am-4pm.
Free Entry and Dog Friendly.
