A NEW Netflix drama starts today (Friday) – part of which was filmed at Arley Hall, near Warrington, just before lockdown last year.
“The Irregulars” introduces a group of misfits living in 19th century London who work to solve supernatural crimes.

Arley has figured in a diverse mix of television and film productions including BBC’s “Peaky Blinders”, ITV’s “Coronation Street”, Channel 4’s Hollyoaks and the Antiques Road Show.
Although Arley Hall is still closed to the public because of Covid, the gardens are open every day (10am – 5pm).
Visitors can see how many screen locations they can spot while enjoying a breath of fresh air.
Takeaway drinks and cakes are available from the cafe.
