A Lymm osteopath and Birchwood optician have teamed up to help office workers now working from home to tackle “zoomitis” in return for a donation to charity.

Suzette Pulman from Lymm Osteopathic and James Houlihan of Merton’s Opticians in Birchwood have teamed up to give helpful advice and tips to office workers, who are now working from home.
The presentation is called “Sit and See causing Zoomitis”.
The presentation will help people to understand how not to strain their eyes and cause muscular, joint and nerve pains.
The aim is to help to small companies—employers and employees, where there is little occupational health support.
They are happy to give the online presentation with a donation to William’s Gift.
Local charity William’s Gift is named after William Fenton who was born on 24th October 2013 with an extremely rare form of a condition called Hirschsprungs
disease which meant he spent much time at Warrington Hospital as well as Alder Hey Children’s Hospital.
Sadly, William passed away in December 2019 aged just six years old.
