COVID-19 numbers continue to rise in Warrington as 241 new cases confirmed

COVID-19 cases in Warrington are continuing an upward trend with 241 new cases reported in the town in the latest daily update from Public Health England.

The 241 (237) new cases reported in Warrington in the latest figures take the total in the town, since the start of the pandemic, to 12,352 (12,111), with more than 3 million cases now confirmed across the country, just three weeks after the 2 million figure was reached!
Cases in Warrington for the last seven days, previous days/updates in brackets, are 1,645 (1,493) – 783.3 (710.9) per 100,000 population – continuing an upward trend in infection rates over a seven day period.
