POLICE dog Rufus has been kept busy sniffing out drug issues across the town.

Last night he was busy with the Town Centre Beat Management and C Black Response carrying out an Operation in Warrington Town Centre.
Several stop searches were completed and positive action taken for drug offences.
Then this morning, due to recent reports of drug dealing and drug-taking in the Bewsey & Whitecross area near the Subway on Wellfield street he has been out on foot patrol.
There was a positive result out of today and patrols will be continuing.
