Naughty Elf trail launched in Sankey Valley Park

A ‘naughty elf trail‘ has been launched on a small stretch of Sankey Valley park in Sankey in a bid to help bring some much-needed Christmas cheer.

Charlie King, Amanda King, Jane Daintith, Mathew Daintith and Mo Husain prepared seven naughty Elf scenes to be placed in Sankey Valley Park, as a fun trail for the community to find and take a picture.
Amanda King said: “It’s been a tough year for many and we wanted to do something fun and engaging whilst being safe. The naughty elf has become part of many families’ Christmas fun ideas and we thought it would be great to bring an elf tail to our community.”
Each Elf has its own name and there are seven to find.
The map starts at waterways in Great Sankey. Simply join the event on the Facebook group @GreatSankeyCommunity page.
Amanda added: “We hope everyone enjoys seeing the elves and this makes our community smile.
“Hopefully we can build on this for the coming years.
“Happy Elf hunting!”
