Two more COVID-19 related deaths and 41 new cases in Warrington as downward trend continues

TWO further COVID-19 related deaths have sadly been reported at Warrington Hospital since yesterday (Saturday) while 41 new cases have been confirmed in the latest figures from Public Health England, which continues a downward trend.

The 41 (44) new cases in Warrington in the latest daily update from Public Health England takes the total since the start of the pandemic to 7,865 (7,824).
Cases in Warrington for the last seven days are 520 (521) – 247.6 (248.1) per 100,000 population, which continues a slight downward trend.
Latest figures from Warrington & Halton Hospitals updated Friday, November 20 2020 – Thursday’s figures in brackets. Figures are not updated at weekends.
Covid-19 positive inpatients 148 (163) of which 55 are Warrington residents – Of which 14 (14) are in ICU

The total number of deaths in Warrington within 28 days of a positive test reported by Public Health England is 249 (247) 118.6 per 100,000 population.
The total number of deaths with Covid-19 on the death certificate in Warrington reported by Public Health England is now 286 (286).
