BEAT Team Officers arrested two juveniles in connection with a series of thefts and criminal damage in the Appleton area of Warrington, yesterday, Saturday.

They are currently assisting officers with their enquiries, who will continue to target any individuals who are involved in anti-social behaviour and criminality.
Earlier in the week members of Appleton Parish Council heard that police patrols were being stepped up following the escalation of anti-social behaviour in the Bridge Lane area.
Anti-social behaviour can have a lasting impact on neighbourhoods and communities as it often leads to an increase in crime, particularly violence and criminal damage.
Police are appealing for anyone who has witnessed anti-social behaviour of any kind, to report it using their quick and simple online tool.
