THE Rector of Lymm , the Rev Beverley Jameson, has recorded a short Remembrance Sunday service to take the place of the annual civic service which can be viewed on You Tube tomorrow (Sunday).
Covid-19 restrictions mean St Mary’s Church, along with all others, is closed for services.
But the Rector – who is also chaplain to the Lymm branch of the Royal British Legion – was determined some sort of service should be held in memory of those who fell in the two world wars and other conflicts.
She said: “Although we cannot meet physically, we can still remember together on November 8. I hope people will watch the You Tube video service.”
