A 17-year-old boy suffered burns to his face when fire broke out in the garden of a house at Warrington last night.
The fire involved a bed left in the garden of the house in Northway, Longford. One fire engine attended the incident and the crew were at the scene for about 25 minutes.
A fire service spokesperson said the boy’s burns were of a minor nature and he did not require hospital treatment. The ambulance service was not required.
