Witnesses sought after wheelie bin torched at Orford

WITNESSES are being sought after an arson incident involving a wheelie bin which was set on fire at Orford, Warrington, last night.

At around 10.20pm firefighters were called to reports of a fire in the open in Meteor Crescent. On arrival the crew discovered that the fire involved a wheelie bin which had been deliberately set alight.
Firefighters extinguished the fire with a hose reel jet and were in attendance for around 20 minutes.
