Firefighters called out to attend gas leak

FIREFIGHTERS were called out during the early hours of this morning to attended a gas leak at a residential property in Oakwood, Warrington.

Shortly before 3:30am one fire engine was called out from Birchwood following reports of a gas leak at a property on Pipit Lane, Oakwood.
The leak came from the ring on a cooker that had been left on.
A large fan was used to ventilate the property.
