Furniture and rubbish deliberately set on fire in open

ONE fire crew from Warrington was called out last night after furniture and rubbish was deliberately set on fire in the open.

Firefighters from Warrington used a hose reel jet to extinguish a small amount of furniture and rubbish which had been deliberately set on fire on Sandy Lane West.
The crew were detained at the scene for around 15 minutes.
Anyone with any information in relation to the fire is asked to call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
