Former councillor publishes a thriller

FORMER councillor Paul Campbell has fulfilled a lifetime ambition and published a book under the pen name of David Costa, titled Tested By Fire.

Paul, who lives in Culcheth and is a former of Warrington Borough and Culcheth & Glazebury Parish Counbcil, says he is”very excited” and is already working on the second of what he hopes will be a trilogy following the actions of the hero David Reece and his Black Ops team.

He said: “I have always had an interest in writing and have had a few poems and a short story published under my own name. But this time I decided the author had to be a pen name so while sitting having a coffee outside Costa Coffee in Birchwood one day before the Lockdown the name came easily. I hope people get as much fun out of reading the book as I had creating it!”

Tested By Fire is available on Amazon in E-book and Paperback http://mybook.to/TestedbyFire
