TWO fire engines, plus an aerial ladder platform, went to Bridge Street, Warrington after concerns were raised about a potentially unsafe chimney stack.
Crews set up a cordon for public safety while they used the aerial ladder, from Stockton Heath, to check the stack and remove loose debris from the roof of a property.
The incident was at 4.45pm yesterday (Wednesday).
Firefighters were at the scene for about an hour and-a-half.
There are no reports of damage or injuries
