CROFT based CQ catering quickly reinvented their business during lockdown thanks to local web development company Morgan Branding.

Morgan Branding’s Callum Morgan explained: “We worked with CQ catering earlier this year to build out a corporate catering site and had grand plans of more domestic work.
“However Covid-19 has moved that forward as the corporate catering had to take a back seat!
“We have helped with different options selling some items direct through the new look website which is now offering delivery nationwide of special “treat boxes.”
These can be ordered online from https://www.cqcatering.com/cq-cake-by-post/
Callum added: “We have been able to move quickly to adjust and pivot the business and although things are not as rosy as the corporate side it has meant she can keep going through these tough times.”
The business was initially established by Fiona Gibbs in 2004 as Café Quays, a Sandwich & Coffee Shop with external catering services. They rebranded in 2014 as CQ Catering, choosing to specialise in the external catering side of the business and
expand into Event Catering. They moved into a purpose built prep unit in Croft, Warrington and began to expand their customer base.

Prior to lockdown they specialised in:
-Corporate Catering
-Private Buffets
-Bespoke Event Solutions
During lockdown they branched out into the domestic market offering Afternoon Teas, Homemade Cakes and Foodie Dishes.
They have a home-made & fresh ethos, and simply love good food!! They work with only the most reliable suppliers to obtain the quality raw ingredients necessary to deliver the best food to the customer.
