WARRINGTON based health and safety specialists J&K Ross has provided much needed support to two local charities during the coronavirus pandemic.
PPE worth £2,000 has been donated to Warrington Disability Partnership, while a £2,000 donations has been made to St Rocco’s Hospice in the town.
Managing Director Chris Ross said: “During the entirety of the pandemic our business has remained open in order to provide PPE to industry and healthcare, sadly this had not been possible for charities who rely heavily on their shops as a means to raise funds. With this in mind we decided to help out Warrington Disability Partnership with a donation of PPE and other items to assist with their safe re-opening process, we also made a cash donation to St Rocco’s Hospice to help them fill an underfunding gap. Both organisations have continued to provide much needed support throughout the crisis and we felt it was only right to help them as much as we could at this difficult time.”
The company has also donated some full face masks and filters to Knox funerals along with donations to Venture Arts (£1000.00), The Booth Centre (£2000.00) and Anabel’s Challenge (£1000.00).
