Man arrested in state of undress after drunken rumpus

WARRINGTON Police started their shift earlier today by arresting a naked man involved in an alleged drunken rumpus in the street.

Warrington Response Officers arrested the male for alleged Public Order offence in the Fairfield/Howley area.
He was allegedly causing a “drunken rumpus” whilst in a state of undress in the street.
Meanwhile in another incident officers attended at Bank Quay Station where a male was arrested after he has allegedly trespassed on the West Coast Main Line in order to avoid payment for a ticket for his travel from Lancaster.
Now safely off the lines and in a cell awaiting British Transport Police.
