WARRINGTON’S brand new showpiece market is set to open on June 15 following the announcement by Prime Minister Boris Johnson that non essential retail shops can re-open next month.
Thousands of high street shops, department stores, shopping centres and markets across England are set to reopen next month once they are COVID-19 secure and can show customers will be kept safe.
The current temporary market, which has remained open throughout lockdown with a pioneering click and collect service, will close on June 6 and the new market will be open on June 15.

The new showpiece Market is at the heart of the new multi-million pound Time Square Development and will have a frontage onto Bridge Street near the River of Life.
