VIDEO: WARRINGTON residents again turned out in force for the now weekly tradition of Clapping for Carers.
Youngsters from Stockton Heath Primary School showed their appreciation in special new t-shirts.
Meanwhile Warrington Male Voice Choir’s 1st tenor Warren Davies was again joined in the street his neighbour Alison Benson for their weekly duet and this week sang ‘You’ve Got a Friend In Me’.
The weekly Clap for Carers event gives members of the public an opportunity to show their appreciation to the NHS and key workers during the coronavirus pandemic.
Following tonight’s applause for the carers and key workers, my husband @wptd17 and our neighbour @alisonbensonuke sang ‘You’ve Got a Friend In Me’. Hope you enjoy. Please feel free to share. @GarySkent @warringtonworld @warringtonnews pic.twitter.com/AlJVXCVulG
