Firefighters called to deal with fencing blaze

FIREFIGHTERS were called to Church Street, Warrington this morning following reports of a fire involving fencing.
Two fire engines from Warrington and Stockton Heath turned out for the incident shortly before 10am.
Two firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used a hose reel jet to extinguish the flames.
The crews then damped down the area and cut away a large section of fencing.
A thermal imaging camera was used to check the area was safe.
Last night (Monday) a fire engine was sent to Watkin Street, Warrington to deal with a small fire in the open.
On arrival the crew discovered a quantity of rubbish well alight.
One hose reel jet was used to extinguish the flames.
