THE fine Spring weather has helped create a number of stunning sunsets over Warrington, none much finer than this evening’s at Hill Cliffe Cemetery.

The sun set like a huge fireball, pictured here framed by the trees at Appleton.

A peaceful ending to the day, six weeks on from lockdown and with the now redundant Fiddler’s Ferry Power Station on the horizon.
