Busy Sunday for Warrington Police

WARRINGTON police have had a busy Sunday carrying out a number of arrests, including one incident where members of the public helped detain an offender at Chapelford.

Earlier today a woman was arrested for breaching conditions while in another incident a male was arrested for public order, resisting arrest and assaulting a police officer.
Another male was arrested for domestic assault, while in a seperate incident a female was arrested for theft.

Meanwhile officers have thanked members of the public for assisting officers in detaining a male in Chapelford.
Officers were also involved in an incident on Folly Lane involving armed officers.
