Wanted Warrington man charged with theft and assault

UPDATED: A man who was wanted by Warrington Police has been charged with assaulting a 68-year-old man and stealing his bike.

Lee O’Neill aged 37 has been charged with theft and assault by beating.
The charge relates to an incident on 10 March where a 68-year-old man was assaulted and had his bike stolen on Sharp Street.
O’Neill has been released on bail and is set to appear at Warrington Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday 26 May.
